My Box of Crayons
I am a communications practitioner, content curator and consciousness coach. I also have extensive experience as a strategic consultant, project and events manager (with a specific focus on lifestyle markets/exhibitions, entrepreneurship and the promotion of SMMEs).
I bring 25+ years of experience to my client offering. With a degree in Psychology and English (and further education in counselling/coaching skills, illustration, photography, design and radio production), I started my career as a copywriter, and have since broadened my professional offering by adding a variety of other crayons to my box across a wide range of media and sectors, including:
- long- and short-form writing (including magazine and newspaper features, above- and below-the-line copywriting, marketing/promotion and PR writing, digital/social media/content creation, corporate/internal communications, instructional design/eLearning, animation scripts and textbooks)
- editing (including traffic and studio production), subediting, proofreading and rewriting
- project management, specifically in the eventing/exhibition arena, with a focus on the holistic, environmental, entrepreneurship and CSI/CSR spheres
- life/consciousness coaching, intuitive counselling, consulting in Feng Shui and other modalities facilitating environmental wellbeing
My Inspiration
I am passionate about up-skilling and empowering people, and creating innovative solutions for helping individuals, organisations, learners, small business and micro-entrepreneurs succeed. My purpose is to guide people in general to build and live more authentic, effective, holistic, creative, fulfilled and enjoyable lives.
My main aims in life are to thrive and inspire. I collaborate closely with my clients in their process of becoming ever more conscious of exciting new potentials, and use my communication skills to help them imagine the amazing possibilities inherent in their lives and projects.
